The “International Pro-Life Training Course for Leaders of
Asia and Oceania”, held at Miri Marriott Resort & SPA, Miri,
Malaysia from November 16-18, 2009.
The course was organized by Human Life International and the
Diocese of Miri in conjunction with the 16th Human Life
International Asia Pacific Congress that was held from November
19-22, 2009.
The aim of the course was to train, organize and equip participants
to effectively oppose the “culture of Death” and build the “Culture
of Life”, and was attended by 91 participants from 17 Asia Pacific
countries.
The course was conducted by three renowned Human Life International
trainers:
Dr. Ligaya Acosta – Executive Director, HLI Asia/Oceania,
Dr. Brian Clowes – Director for Research & Training, HLI,
Rev. Fr. Thomas J. Euteneuer – President, Human Life International.
